What you’ll do
Step into the role of Project Manager where you’ll steer the ship on high-impact sustainable energy projects from concept through completion.
You’ll synchronize with clients and contractors, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations, on time, within budget, and without compromising on quality.
If the investment is a mere 100k€ or the full 2M€, you’ll find a challenge in all.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the nuts and bolts of project planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and stakeholders stay happy.
- Keep a tight rein on budgets and schedules, making sure every project is a benchmark in efficiency and impact.
- Uphold industry standards and navigate regulations with ease, ensuring compliance across the board.

Qualifications

- An engineering background or equivalent experience with a knack for problem-solving.
- Leadership and communication skills that motivate teams and impress clients.
- Experience in HVAC or energy efficiency is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
- Exceptional project management skills—detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive stance on tackling complex challenges and pushing us to the limits.
