What you’ll do
As our new Energy Manager, you’ll take the helm on developing and executing strategies that aren’t just about energy efficiency, they’re about revolutionizing how our industry approaches sustainability.
You’ll dive into energy audits, spearhead projects that slice through costs and carbon footprints alike, and work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible and guide our clients to the future .

Key responsibilities

- Lead comprehensive energy audits, identifying innovative cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications
At Strive we our proud of our out of the box thinking. To focus on the opportunity in a challenge and not on the hurdle.
- An engineering background or equivalent experience with a knack for problem-solving.
- Stellar communication skills, both for rallying the team and advising our clients ranging from technical partners up to board rooms.
- Experience in HVAC or energy efficiency is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
- A heart for sustainability and a drive to make noticeable environmental improvements.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive stance on tackling complex challenges and pushing us to the limits.
